Duration 06+ Months Contract Location 100 Remote Role Data Scientist Manager Primary Skills Data Analysis Role Description The Data Scientist Manager would need to have at least 9 years of experience. Core Responsibilities - Responsible for managing and conducting all phases of in-depth analysis compilation, validation, analysis and presentation. - Analyze, monitor and report on new process or procedural enhancements to determine if desired impact to customer experience has been achieved. - Ability to develop and maintain complex Speech Text Mining queries, expertise of how best to leverage speech written transcripts to complete root cause analysis. - Utilize various software packages to extract, compile and present strategic recommendations in professional formats. - Work with peers within the Operational Analytics Team to define, measure, analyze, design, prototype and verify measurements systems and analytics for managing and improving processes, including development of scorecards, dashboards, capacity modeling, demand and workflow analysis, performance management, and ongoing voice-of-the-customer assessments and analyses. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
